A site for an Australian company building houses from Nordic laminated timber. An enquiry from the site lands straight in the sales team’s Telegram.
The company builds houses from Nordic laminated timber — a product that sells on how it looks. The site had to carry that architectural feel and still open instantly: the audience arrives on a phone, and connections outside Australian cities are not always fast.
The other half was the enquiry. The sales team works out of Telegram, and a request had to arrive there directly — no mailbox, no CRM layer in between.
Hand-written markup, no page builder: large images of the houses, a calm grid, and nothing standing between the visitor and the enquiry form.
Python and PHP scripts take the form and hand the enquiry to the sales bot. The manager sees it in the same chat they work in all day.
A light page with no heavy libraries: images compressed and loaded as you scroll, markup static.
An enquiry reaches the sales team’s Telegram within seconds — with no mail and no extra systems between the client and the manager.
